groups of physicians across the country.  The interactive presentations are:

    Includes pass-out studies reflecting the results of patient questionnaires. The questionnaire reflect the relationship of how well the physician listened vs. how much the patient trusted the physician. Additional studies show how many seconds the average patient spoke before the physician interrupted them. The impact on the audiences of physicians has been significant.

  • The Dynamics of Patient Loyalty

    Includes pass-out study results showing that 68% of patients who do not return do so because they perceive an attitude of indifference on the part of the physician or the staff. The presentation presents the premise that it is not enough to care. It must be expressed and not just felt. Handling patients/stuff members with CARE is broken down in to its basic elements. A lively question and answer segment deals with concrete situations.
